Returns are free with the exception of promotional items, for which return fees will be at your expense.
Any item must be returned complete (package, accessories, ...), in its original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by its purchase invoice.
Any item returned sali and/or damaged by the customer will not be recovered.

At Madame de... you have 14 days to retract and ask for the return of your order.
You have the choice between the full refund of your order, an asset or an exchange.

To return your items, you can:
1/ Send them back by mail
For this option, you will have to return your items to the original card by inserting your invoice on which you will mention the return you want to get (refund, have, exchange).
You will find in your Customer Area section "Return parcesimo" the return paid to print. Paste the portion of the voucher indicating the delivery address on your parcel and keep the other part that belongs to you.
If you have opted for a refund, we will credit you the amount of your order within 5 days on the payment method you used for the purchase.
2/ Return to the Boutique
You can return your order to one of our Biarritz boutiques. To do this, bring your purchase invoice and bring your items back to our shop. Our advisors will take care of receiving your return.
In the case of a refund, we will credit the amount of your order within 5 days on the payment method that you used during the purchase.
